Preparation and Usage

You will need:450g (1lb) frying steak, cut into thin strips2 onions, sliced125g (4oz) button mushrooms, halved1 large green pepper, sliced5 tablespoons soured creamHow to prepare:1. Fry the steak and onions in a large frying pan for 5 minutes until browned. Add the mushrooms and green pepper.2. Blend the Erin Meal Time Beef Stroganoff Mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of milk. Pour over the meat and stir well.3. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the soured cream.Serving SuggestionServe with Roma Long Grain Rice or chunky chips made from quality local potatoes.
