I take these regular as these help to reduce inflammation on my joints. With them also having vitamin D in is a bonus especially as I suffer from psoriasis and only main help is from the sun rays and with the British weather chopping and changing we don't get enough sun. These help me with flareups especially in the colder months where most will suffer with health issues more.
