Serving SuggestionJust add meat and vegetables to make a delicious dinner.Cooking InstructionsYou will need:450g (1lb) stewing beef, diced1 onion, chopped8 small carrots, diced225 (80z) baby potatoes, sliced400g Batchelors mixed beans, drained1 handful chopped parsleyHow to prepare:1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4. Brown the meat and onion in a little oil on the hob. Transfer to a casserole dish.2. Blend the Erin Meal Time Beef Casserole Mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of cold water, add to the meat and onions along with the remaining ingredients.3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2 hours, until the meat is tender.
