Good aromatics from the Pinotage's red fruit, a tasty mix of berries and cherries. The palate displays a fresh and fruity succulence of berry fruits with hints of oak and good acidity.

Vinification Details

Following an excellent fairly drawn out vintage which provided for complex fruit, the grapes were hand picked at different stages, destemmed and crushed - then fermented at 18-28 degrees in separate batches prior to being blended post fermantation. A minor treatment with oak (staves) for added complexity.
