Ballymaloe House was opened as a restaurant by Myrtle Allen in 1964. Yasmin Hyde, daughter of Myrtle now produces some of the favourite recipes of the house with her family. This delicious Ballymaloe Pasta Sauce is a much loved family recipe using simple quality ingredients carefully cooked.

Preparation and Usage
Hints and Tips
Simply heat the sauce and add to your pasta. Add your twist by including extra vegetables or chicken to make a delicious pasta bake. Also great as a pizza base or a bruschetta. Sprinkle with cheddar or parmesan cheese and serve.
