Instructions: Temperature: 200, 180, 6Time: 12-15 minutesOVEN 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 Chilled: 12-15 mins. Pre-heat oven and wrap 2 fillets loosely in aluminium foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for the time indicated.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.For best results air fry.AIR FRY 180°CChilled: 13-15 mins.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer. Wrap 2 fillets loosely in a lightly oiled piece of aluminium foil.Place in the air fryer in a single layer and allow to cook for the time indicated.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
