Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging. For best results we recommend grilling this product.

Oven

Instructions: Oven 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5 20-24mins. Place burgers into an oven proof dish in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-24 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Barbeque

Instructions: Barbecue 5 mins. For a chargrilled barbecue effect, cook as per cooking guidelines above , then place on a barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.

Grill

Instructions: Grill Medium Heat 19-22mins. Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 19-22 minutes, turning occasionally. Allow to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
