It’s free from additives and preservatives, making it a clean and natural choice for home cooks and chefs alike.If you enjoy our Mutti Polpa, why not try our Double Concentrate Puree or tomato Passata to elevate your mid-week meal.Ingredients for 2 people:Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400gRed lentils (hulled) 250g1 onion1 celery stalk2 carrots1 fresh ginger1 teaspoon of turmeric4 cups of water1 heaping teaspoon of Coarse saltMethod:Peel and chop the carrots and onion. Use a vegetable peeler to remove some strips from the celery stalk to eliminate the fibrous parts, then chop it.Place the chopped vegetables in a large pot, add 4 cups of water, and season with salt. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes.Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and drain them. Add the lentils and Mutti Polpa to the pot, then continue cooking for an additional 40 minutes.Once cooked, grate the ginger and add it along with the turmeric. Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.Serve with your favorite fresh herbs for garnish. We’ve used chives and thyme for a fragrant touch.
