Preparation and Usage

For best results we recommend oven cooking.

Oven

Instructions: Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. 18-20 mins Place meatballs on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 18-20minutes. Turn occasionally throughout the cooking time.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: Pan Fry Med/High Heat 10-12 mins Fry in a little oil over a medium/high heat for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally throughout cooking. Drain well before serving.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
