Preparation and Usage

For best results grill.

Shallow Fry

Instructions: PAN FRY Chilled: 4-6 mins. Fry in a little oil over a medium/high heat, turning once. Drain well before serving.

GriLL

Instructions: GRILL Chilled: 4-6 mins. Place under a pre-heated medium/high grill, turning once.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by 'use by' date shown.
