Preparation and Usage

Serve the old fashioned way, with some boiled potatoes.You will need:450g (1lb) stewing beef, diced125g (4oz) streaky bacon, chopped225g (8oz) whole baby onions, peeled125g (4oz) button mushrooms125g (4oz) green beans, choppedSmall glass red wine (optional)How to prepare:1. Pre-heat oven at 180ºC/350ºF/Gas mark 4. Brown the meat, bacon and onions in a little oil on the hob. Transfer to a casserole dish.2. Blend the Erin Meal Time Beef Bourguignon Mix with 425ml (3/4 pint) of cold water. Pour over the meat. Add the remaining ingredients.3. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 1/2-2 hours, until the meat is tender.Serving SuggestionJust add meat and vegetables to make a delicious dinner.
