What you need to know
Bookings can be made for trips bought on a ‘land only’ or ‘flight inclusive’ basis.
Holidays must be booked at least 14 days before departure. You cannot use Reward Partner codes to pay for the deposit, this must be paid by credit or debit card.
The maximum redemption value for Partner codes is €400 per person in Clubcard vouchers, to exchange for an €800 Reward Partner code which can be used as part payment for your trip.
Reward Partner codes can be added any time prior to your balance due date (typically 56 days to departure).
All bookings must be made directly with Intrepid Travel via their dedicated phone number 01-5268507.
Reward Partner codes may be combined with current promotional discounts offered by Intrepid Travel but are not combinable with loyalty discounts. Reward Partner codes cannot be accepted against optional extras such as holiday insurance and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Tours are subject to availability and their standard Booking Conditions. Most trips are guaranteed to depart once a customer has booked on. A small number of their trips require a minimum number of persons booking the tour. In the event of this number not being achieved, the operator reserve the right to cancel the tour; although of course they will make every effort to offer you suitable alternative arrangements in the first instance.

How it works
Turn every €5 in vouchers into €10 to use with Intrepid Travel
1. Check the Intrepid Travel website for all trips, dates & prices.
2. Select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you'd like to exchange. You can top-up the price difference with another payment method when booking with the Partner. Remember, there's no money back for overpayment using a Reward Partner code.
3. When you've completed your order look out for a confirmation email. A second email containing your Reward Partner code will follow within 15 minutes, to your email address.
4. Phone the Intrepid Travel on 01-5268507 to place your booking quoting your Reward Partner code.
