I can’t see my online code on my vouchers in the Tesco Ireland App?

If you have viewed your vouchers via the Tesco App and would like to book with our Clubcard Reward Partners all you need to do is click here and copy your online 12 digit code on your Clubcard Voucher(s) to use when you are booking your Clubcard Reward Partner token(s) at tesco.ie/clubcardboost.

How long will it take for my Clubcard Rewards Token(s) to arrive?

Clubcard Rewards tokens are sent to the email address provided on the booking form within 2-3 hours of receiving your order, provided the details entered are correct at the time of booking. This email will come from Tesco Clubcard and can sometimes land in your junk/spam folder, so please check there too. If you do not receive your tokens please contact 1 800 248 123 where one of the Clubcard Rewards team will be happy to assist you with your order.
However, you can top up your Rewards Tokens in cash with most of the Reward partners, excluding Disney+.

What happens to the change from Clubcard Rewards?

Any change from your Deal will be credited back to your Clubcard Account and included in your next Clubcard Statement.

If I don’t have enough Clubcard Vouchers for the Deal I want to order can I use cash or a cheque to top up my vouchers?

No, payment can only be taken in Clubcard Vouchers. However, you can top up your Rewards Tokens in cash with the supplier.

How long are my Clubcard Rewards Tokens valid for?

Reward Partner tokens are valid for at least 6 months up to a year and the expiry date is printed on the Reward Partner token emailed to you

Do I need to state when I want to use my Rewards Tokens?

No – your Rewards Tokens can be used whenever you like as long as they are still valid at the time.

Can I use someone else's Clubcard Vouchers?

Only orders with your name printed on the Clubcard Vouchers will be accepted for a booking.
