How long will it take for my Clubcard Boost Token(s) to arrive?

For Boost orders sent by post, we'll send your tokens and instructions on how to use them within 5 working days of receiving your order. Boost orders sent by email will be sent to your registered email address within 2 hours of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated. This email will come from Tesco Clubcard and can sometimes land in your junk/spam folder, so please check there too. What happens to the change from Clubcard Boost?

Any change from your Deal will be credited back to your Clubcard Account and included in your next Clubcard Statement.

If I don’t have enough Clubcard Vouchers for the Deal I want to order can I use cash or a cheque to top up my vouchers?

No, payment can only be taken in Clubcard Vouchers. However, you can top up your Boost Tokens in cash with the supplier.

How long are my Clubcard Boost Tokens valid for?

Your Boost Tokens are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued.

Can my Boost Tokens be refunded?

Unused and in date Boost Tokens can be returned for a Clubcard Points refund.

Do I need to state when I want to use my Boost Tokens?

No – your Boost Tokens can be used whenever you like as long as they are still valid at the time.

Can I use someone else's Clubcard Vouchers?

Only orders with your name printed on the Clubcard Vouchers will be accepted for a booking.
