Ten Motives V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette USB Charger

Ten Motives are recalling certain batches of their V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette USB Charger. This is because they have been made aware of the potential for particular product batches to cause the battery to short circuit, which may pose a fire risk.

Please note this issue only relates to the USB charger NOT the V2 Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette device itself.

The product codes that are affected all begin with the letters FUR followed by any numbers from 123 and below. For example, FUR 123, FUR 122, FUR 121 etc.

You can find the product code in 2 places:

  1. On the back of the packging – about halfway down, along the left-hand edge
  2. On the body of the USB charger itself

What you should do

If you purchased a device or a standalone USB charger with one of the affected product codes, please return it to Ten Motives who will issue a replacement. The quickest way to do this is to contact them at info@10motives.com. Alternatively, you can contact them by phone on 01270 897444.
