These are ideal for a good home made burger night treat. They are quite large so can take a lot of fillings. They have a good texture and like an authentic brioche.

I really enjoy these with burgers, they are slightly sweet which complements the burger but doesn't overwhelm the savoury experience. The seeds add a lovely crunch texture. to the otherwise very light and soft rolls. They also work very well for a bacon roll, or a ham and salad sandwich in a packed lunch.

These buns are really nice. They are big enough for a large burger me lots of toppings, and don’t fall apart. They are slightly sweet but that goes well with a savoury filling. A plus is, there is a long shelf life so you could keep a pack in the cupboard.

Top class Brioche buns. The sesame seeds on top countered the sweetness of the buns. Perfect to take out on a picnic or with burgers and cheese. The buns were deliciously tasty and soft.
