Ingredients
INGREDIENTS: Pork Loin (90%), Garlic And Herb Stuffing (10%)(Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Onion, Garlic Purée, Salted Butter [Butter (Milk), Salt], Rapeseed Oil, Mixed Herbs (Rosemary, Parsley, Basil, Thyme, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage), Salt, Yeast, White Pepper, Flour Treatment Agent (Ascorbic Acid)).
Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown.
Follow the preparation guidelines above.
Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.

Cooking Method: Oven
Cooking Instructions
Temperature: 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes allowing the colour to return and the natural odour to dissipate. Place joint into a roasting tray and add approximately 125ml of water. Place tray in the centre of the pre-heated oven and cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After cooking time, allow the joint to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before removing any string prior to carving.
