Sarah is our Technical Manager across the Bakery, Chill Convenience, Grocery and Frozen ranges.

Her role involves product development and much of the behind the scenes technical product ground work. Sarah works closely with the supplier to ensure product safety, legality, quality standards are meet.

Sarah has been with Tesco for 3 years and prior to this worked with Musgraves, and has had previous roles with Nature's Best, Heinz and the Greencore Group. Sarah holds a Masters Degree in Food Safety Management.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys running, shopping, socialising and is kept busy with her 18-month old baby girl Mia.
