What are this year's deadlines?

Schools/clubs have until Friday 6th July 2012 to place orders from this year's catalogue. Any vouchers received after 6th July 2012 will not be counted.

Who is eligible to take part in Tesco for Schools & Clubs?

All educational establishments who are registered with the Department of Education. All children's clubs that are registered with their National Governing Body and/or Local Authority.

How do I register to take part?

If you have not previously taken part in the Tesco for Schools and Clubs Scheme, please contact us on our Helpline number 1800 621 620.

When are the vouchers available in stores?

Vouchers are available in all Tesco stores and petrol filling stations from Monday 12th March 2012 to Sunday 20th May 2012, during which time customers will receive one Tesco for Schools & Clubs voucher for every €10 spent in a single transaction (subject to certain exclusions listed in the catalogue).

How do I place an order

You will need to place an order by completing the order form and placing it in the bag with your vouchers and return it to Backup Marketing, Rockford House, Deansgrange Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. For details on what you need to do to place an order visit our ordering overview page.

When will my equipment be delivered?

You will receive an order acknowledgement letter in September. Your equipment will then be delivered to you during the Autumn Term.

Can I use vouchers from previous years' schemes?

Unfortunately, all vouchers from previous years' schemes are now obsolete unless they have already been banked with us by that particular year's deadline.

Can I change my order once I have sent it in?

Unfortunately, no changes can be made to an order once it has been placed.

What is the best way of sending in my vouchers?

Vouchers should be put into bundles of 100 and tied with a rubber band.
The vouchers should be then sent along with a print out of the completed online order form by a method of postage that provides a proof
