Paul Carroll from North County Dublin is one of the many Irish growers who supply products to Tesco through Country Crest. The Carroll farm supplies scallions to Tesco, with 150 acres of land set aside for production of the Tesco crop alone. The company employs 100 people.

The Carroll family have been growing salad crops in North County Dublin for the past 60 years and the family’s love of the land and pride in their work really shows in their produce.
