Melt over meat, fish or vegetables, or stir into pasta and stir-fries for a delicious flavour and a golden glaze.
For best results, use straight from the fridge.
Salmon with Dairygold Garlic & Herb Flavour Melts
Serves 4 People.
4 x Salmon Fillets
400g Baby Potatoes
4 x 15g Dairygold Garlic & Herb Flavour Melts
Heat the pan until smoking, add a lug of olive oil, add salmon to the pan and seal all sides until they become a lighter orange colour and are caramelised around the edges. Add the broccoli to the same pan (if big enough). If not, add to another pan with a lug of olive oil and cook for 5 minutes. Place the salmon and broccoli in the oven for 7 minutes, remove from the oven and place on a plate to rest.
At the same time boil the baby potatoes.
Pop 4 Dairygold Garlic & Herb Flavour Melts on to the salmon to melt and infuse. Toss the broccoli in the remaining juice and serve with potatoes.
Fillet steaks with Dairygold Cracked Black Pepper Flavour Melts
Serves 4 People
4 x 200g Fillet Steaks
4 x 15g Dairygold Cracked Black Pepper Flavour Melts
Salt & Pepper
Pre-heat the griddle pan until it is smoking. Season the steaks with a little salt & pepper and rub them with the oil.
Cook the steaks to your liking, 3-4 minutes on each side for Medium Rare.
Pop one Dairygold Cracked Black Pepper Flavour Melt on each steak as you serve and allow the flavours to infuse into the meat as it rests before you serve
