Preparation and Usage

Perk up your porridge!Add some fresh berries, nuts and a swirl of honey or for a really nutty twist, add a dollop of your favourite nut butter.Handy HintSteep the oats for a couple of minutes before cooking, as this helps them cook quicker.

Instructions: Measure 4 cups (360ml) of water or milk into a saucepan. Add 1 cup (40g) of Odlums Pinhead Porridge Oats.Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat when the porridge is smooth.Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally and then serve.For best results it is recommended to use half milk and half water.

Storage
