Tesco Pet Insurance does not cover the following dogs:

• American bandogge/Bandogge mastiff, American bull dogs, American pit bull terriers, American staffordshire bull terriers, Argentine dogos, Bull mastiff, Canary dogs, Cane corsos, Czechoslovakian wolfdogs, Doberman pinscher, Dogo argentinos, Dogue brasileros, English bull terrier, Fila brasileiro, German shepherd (alsatian), Irish staffordshire bull terriers, Japanese akita, Japanese tosas, Korean jindo, Northern inuit dogs, Perro de pressa canarios, Pit bull terriers, Presa canarios, Rhodesian ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saarlloswolfhonden, Sharpei, Tosa inus, Utonagans
• Racing greyhounds, Racing whippets, a Wolf or Wolf hybrid.
• Any dog that is specifically referred to in the CONTROL OF DOGS ACT 1986, CONTROL OF DOGS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992, CONTROL OF DOGS REGULATIONS 1998 or any changes to those laws
• Any dog crossbred with the above breeds, regardless of how far back in its lineage, if known.
