Yes, you can pay by installments via the Direct Debit facility, however we will require a deposit by Credit Card or Laser Card and a service charge will be applied for the installment facility.

If you choose to use the approved repairer scheme, Tesco Car Insurance will supply a courtesy car - for up to 7 days on a Standard policy and up to 14 days in the case of theft on a Finest policy.
Yes, if you had full time use of company vehicle (on Full Licence) and are retiring or coming off the company fleet policy, you will be credited with the appropriate no claims bonus, according to the number of years named. To do this, you need to obtain two letters - one from your previous employer stating you had full time use of a company vehicle claim free, and one from your former employers insurer stating that no accidents or claims were recorded in the last 3 years against you while on their policy.
In addition, you should have no more than 4 penalty points on your licence and be conviction free for the last 5 years and disqualification free for the last 10 years.
What is the Fixed Expense charge?

If the cost of repairs exceed the market value of the car then it is likely it will be considered it to be beyond economic repair. This is often referred to as a total loss.

The current market value of your vehicle. The policy also covers the disposal of your vehicle.
How long will it take to sort out my claim?
The aim is to deal with your claim in the shortest time possible.
The policy excess is the amount you are asked to contribute towards the cost of a claim for accidental damage under your comprehensive policy. The excess on the Finest policy is €150, €300 on the Standard policy and €500 on the Value policy.

You can pursue the other driver's insurer, or RSA Insurance can handle your claim and pursue the recovery on your behalf to ensure your no claims bonus is not affected.
What happens if the accident was my fault?
RSA Insurance will handle your claim and the other driver's claim as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you receive any correspondence from the other driver or their insurers, please forward it to RSA Insurance who will respond to it on your behalf.
What if the other driver disputes the accident circumstances?
RSA Insurance will discuss in detail the circumstances of the accident with you and will investigate the accident with you at the scene of the accident. Disputes will be resolved by negotiation where possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved, there may be a need to revert to a dispute resolution procedure or court of law.
