Commenting on their involvement with the initiative, Carmel Hannon, Voice for Down Syndrome Galway, said; "We are absolutely delighted to have been involved with the Tesco Community Fund. It is great to create awareness of our cause. We welcome any support we can get locally and all funds raised will go towards our speech and language classes."
Commenting on their involvement with the initiative, Martin Boyle, St. Catherine's Counselling Service said; "St. Catherine's Counselling Service was delighted to be involved with Tesco Community Fund. We are very grateful to Tesco and appreciate the funding."
Commenting on their involvement with the initiative, Isobel Doherty, of Donegal Hospice, said; "Donegal Hospice is delighted to have been nominated as one of the beneficiaries for Letterkenny in the Tesco Community Fund Initiative. These funds will help us to provide specialised palliative care services to the terminally ill of County Donegal. We have six homecare nurses working throughout Donegal in patient's homes and in the Hospice in Letterkenny and this funding will help us towards the cost of equipment and night nursing."
