Clubcard - Welcome to Clubcard



				1.	The Tesco Clubcard is issued by and remains the property of Tesco Ireland Limited, who reserve the right to decline issues or withdraw the card at any time, or to terminate the Clubcard scheme without notice.
				2.	All participants in the Tesco Clubcard scheme must be resident in the Republic of Ireland and ages 18 years or over.
				3.	The Clubcard is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
				4.	Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Tesco.
				5.	Your Tesco Clubcard can only be used at Tesco stores and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme. Your Tesco Clubcard cannot be used as a credit card or guarantee card. You will also be able to collect points in any participating Tesco outlet in the United Kingdom and in such other countries to which Tesco Ireland Ltd. may decide to extend the Scheme. Points earned by you outside the Republic of Ireland will be credited to you in Euro subject to a rate of currency exchange as determined by Tesco Ireland Ltd. The use of the Tesco Clubcard scheme outside the Republic of Ireland is subject to the terms and conditions of the Tesco Clubcard scheme.


				6.	To earn points for a transaction in-store, your Tesco Clubcard must be presented at the checkout. To earn points on purchases made online you will be required to quote your Clubcard number.
				7.	Points will not be given for purchases made at the coffee shop/restaurant or for purchases of any tobacco products, gift vouchers, saving stamps, postage stamps, or phone cards. Other products may also be excluded from the Scheme at the discretion of Tesco Ireland Ltd and/or by operation of law.
				8.	You must spend at least € in a single transaction for that transaction to qualify for points. The one point will be awarded for every €1 that is spent. This can be altered at the discretion of Tesco Ireland Ltd.
				9.	The current redemption value of points is one point equals one cent. Tesco reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.


				10.	Rewards, in the form of Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and product coupons, will be mailed with a statement to the customers who have accumulated at least 150 points by the end of each collecting period.
				11.	Collecting periods may vary.
				12.	The level of reward given will be based on the total number of points that a member has earned by the end of the last day of a collecting period.
				13.	Any points that a member has earned that fall between the level of reward and the next level up will be "carried over" as the starting balance for the next collecting period.
				14.	Members who do not reach the minimum number of points needed to qualify for a reward by the end of a collecting period will have their points total "carried over" to the next collecting period.
				15.	The Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and coupons are and will remain at all times the property of Tesco Ireland Ltd. and may only be redeemed at a Tesco store in the Republic of Ireland.
				16.	Tesco Clubcard Vouchers and product coupons can be used up until expiry date shown on the Vouchers and product coupons. Vouchers will be redeemable on qualifying purchases at Tesco stores in the Republic of Ireland and will not be exchangeable for cash or gift vouchers unless otherwise stated and no change will be given. Tesco Clubcard Vouchers are no redeemable in conjunction with An Post National Lottery purchases.
				17.	Tesco Clubcard Vouchers can only be used in-store when presented in conjunction with a Tesco Clubcard bearing the same number.
