1. Where can I use my Clubcard to collect points?
Your Clubcard is welcome in every Tesco Ireland store as well as online at www.tesco.ie and at Tesco Petrol filling stations. You can also use your card in any Tesco store and collection partner outlet in Northern Ireland and Great Britain*.
2. What do I do if I've forgotten to bring my card on a shopping trip?
Please try to remember to bring your Clubcard with you each time you shop - if you do forget it, simply present your receipt (maximum of 2 receipts at any one time) along with your Clubcard within 2 weeks of your visit and we will be happy to award the points to your account. This service is provided at the discretion of Tesco Ireland.
3. Why do I sometimes receive coupons for products I never use?
These coupons are complimentary and additional to your money-off vouchers. Some of the coupons are designed to provide you with an incentive to sample products you would not normally try. We do our best to tailor product coupons to individual customer requirement and apologies if sometimes they are not suitable.
4. If I lose my Clubcard do I lose all my points ?
No. If you do lose your card simply pick up a new temporary one in store and you can use it straight away. Telephone the Clubcard Helpline on 00 800 00 59 16 88 and ask the operator to transfer your old points onto your new card and they will send you a new personalised Clubcard and two key fobs.
